Superior Court Judge Patricia Wynn ordered that Hollosy be given a 90-day suspended jail sentence, that he do 24 hours of community service and pay $50 into a crime victims' fund.</h2> <h2 style="text-align: left;"> <br />Hollosy, who appeared noticeably thinner than in previous court appearances, declined to comment after the sentencing.<br />He and Brown reached a settlement agreement of the lawsuit filed by Parker Adams, the alleged victim, in October for about $100,000, according to celebrity news website TMZ.</h2> </div>
